The Governor General
has received the following report from Mr. Leavy Brower, Commissioner
of Customs for Kowloon and district.
"Some time
ago
I received telegraphic orders from Your Excellency directing
me to make enquiries as to whether
or not a Customs Cruiser had
invaded British territory. In reply
thereto I did on the 10th of July
address Your Excellency asking Your
Excellency to wait until I had
made the necessary
investigations.
" I have now the honour to point out
